I fell into UI/UX almost by accident. During a university project, my team needed someone to handle the interface design, so I volunteered. What started as picking up extra work turned into the thing I wanted to build my career around.

Since then, I've focused on designing interfaces in Figma and implementing them in Unreal Engine 5. I care about creating memorable experiences, whether through technical innovation or distinctive visuals, but never at the cost of usability. The player's experience always comes first.

What I think makes me effective is that I genuinely enjoy both sides of the work. I like the design phase just as much as the technical implementation, which helps me understand exactly how far I can push my ideas. I know what's achievable and where I can experiment to make something interesting. I'm constantly studying UI through the games I play, analyzing interface choices even while I'm enjoying them. I also make a habit of revisiting design fundamentals, re-reading key books from my studies alongside other interests.

Right now, I'm working hard towards getting an internship at one of the game studios. When I'm not iterating on designs or implementing systems, I'm usually playing games with friends, working out in a gym or watching another great movie (my letterboxd account).
